Hi everyone. Apologies for writing in English. I 've tranlsated the whole text in German using google translator below.
I'm from Athens, Greece and I have no knowledge of the German language.
It's great that I found this excellent forum - even if I use a translator. I'm new here and a new owner of a used but very good MP6 digital piano and I would like to ask you a few questions.
Firstly, if there is any kind of editor / librarian pc software for the keyboard? Can it work with current third party applications that use SYSEX for acting as editors/ librarians?
Secondly, is it possible to control some of the MP6 internal functions (like simple effect parameters etc.) for an internal zone, by using an external midi controller's normal midi out, and at the same time with the same controller controlling a vst instrument through the controller's usb midi out (same channel or different channel), while using a different (external) zone of the MP 6 also as a controller for a different - or the same - vst through its usb midi out?
I know it sounds complicated the way I describe it but it's not.
Last but not least, I would also like to ask if any of you have and can share a service manual for the MP 6 , please, in order to figure out my way around the keyboard, in case I need to open it, since it's quite an old unit and I may need to replace keys or buttons etc. I know my way around a simple keyboard repair, so it would be very helpful for me. Any information where from can I order spare parts in EU?
