Key clicking noise Kawai MP5

Hello,

I have a Kawai MP5 and some keys are making a clicking sound.
I opened up the keyboard and i think it has something to do with the grease applied to the keys.
Am i correct?? and is there a place where i can buy new grease for the keys?

English: I have a MP6 so maybe it is different but maybe not... to your mp5.
Please check if the keys especialy near the fader section making more noise.
I realized that the plastic frame of the faders creating bright vibrations noise the more action you give to your keyboard and the more near you come to this section.
Till yet I found no proper way to fix that (maybe stick something to it so it can not vibrate). Unfortunately I always played with headphones and since my warrenty run out I bought a speaker set and now realize this noise.

German: Ich habe ein MP6 so es ist vielleicht verschieden oder auch nicht... zu Deinem MP5.
Prüfe doch einmal, ob die Tasten nahe Deiner Fader-Sektion betroffen sind. I habe bemerkt, dass die Plastik-Rahmen der Fader erzeugen einen helle Vibrationsgeräusche vorallem je mehr man in die Tasten schlägt und je näher man sich dieser Sektion nähert.
Bis jetzt habe ich leider keinen vernünftigen Weg gefunden, das zu beheben (vielleicht etwas dazischen klemmen, damit es nicht vibrieren kann). Leider habe ich immer mit Kopfhörern gespielt und seit meine Garantie abgelaufen ist habe ich mir ein Boxen-Paar gekauft und habe diese Störung erst jetzt bemerkt.

Hat jemand das gleiche Problem und wie habt ihr es gelöst?

Generell finde ich die Tasten recht laut. Vielleicht könnte man ja noch zusätzlichen Zierleistenfilz (gibts bei ebay schon ab 5€) zwischen Tasten und Rahmen klemmen/kleben? Das würde sicherlich zusätzlich die Geräusche der Tasten minimieren.

Keys near the fader section do NOT make more noise.

I just found out that mp5 and mp6 have a different keyboard naming so maybe we can not compare them...sorry that I can't help.

Ich habe gerade herausgefunden,dass das mp5 und mp6 unterschiedliche Tastaturbezeichnungen besitzen, daher können wir sie wohl nicht vergleichen ...tut mir leid, dass ich nicht helfen kann.

I oppened my Kawai MP6 and I found out, that I have the clicky keys syndrom too...
I took those keys out. There is a kind of a pin (view red circle in the picture) which fits into a socket. On the pin I put very little grease where it will have contact to the socket (just dipped it from grease which was placed on edges of the parts).
   
Ich habe mein Kawai MP6 geöffnet (Garantie ist sowieso ausgelaufen). Ich fand dabei heraus, dass ich auch das klickende Tastensyndrom habe (es nicht unbedingt an der Fadersektion liegt)...
Ich habe die betroffenen Tasten herausgenommen. An jeder Taste ist eine art Pin/Stößel (siehe roter Kreis im Bild) der in einer entsprechenden Pfanne/Sitz (siehe Pfeilende) passt. An diesen Pin habe ich etwas Fett dort wo er Kontakt mit der Pfanne hat gegeben (ich habe etwas von dem überschüssigen Fett genommen,was an den Rändern verteilt war).

Es wäre wirklich sehr wichtig/interessant, welches Fett man benutzen soll.
Ich denke es ist ein Silikonfett... doch man findet selbst bei dieser Gattung noch verschiedene Mixturen im Internet. Und ich würde gerne die Teile noch einmal richtig einfetten.

What kind of grease did you use?

there was quite a lot of grease on various parts... I just took it from there. You can say it was just in homeopathic dosis...but this helped already. I really like to buy some grease to put some more on it, but I also don't know what kind of (silicone) grease... I wrote this question just in German language (view bold text above).
I hope somebody can give us an answer about which grease to use.
